This Area Committee calls of the Chief Executive to install kissing gates in the remainder of Butler McGee Park where quads & scramblers are still able to access some of the entry points

REPORT:

An inspection of the railings around Butler McGee Park has been carried out recently, following which all necessary repairs have been attended to by the Council's contractor including locations where scramblers are gaining entry.  The contractor has recommended a modification to railing fixings in the first phase of railing which was erected at Drumcairn Parade.  These modifications will be carried out in the coming weeks.
