QUESTION: Councillor William Joseph Carey

"To ask the Chief Executive for a list of all turnkey development agreements approved by South Dublin County Council  with AHBs and private developers in the Clondalkin LEA due to be completed in 2020 and 2021?"

REPLY:

There are three schemes on the new build pipeline for 2020 which include turnkey acquisitions from Approved Housing Bodies in the Clondalkin Local Electoral Area. The Council has supported Respond Housing and Túath Housing in the provision of a total of 128 new build units which includes 21 Part V units. The Council have Part V agreements in place with the developers on these projects and have nominated the respective AHB to deliver these units for social housing provision.

In respect of the 2021 housing delivery pipeline, there are no developments with agreements in place for Approved Housing Body and/or private developers for turnkey delivery.
