Ask the manager to give an update on the start date for works on the old coffee shop in Greenfort been made into two homes for families, and when are they likely to be completed?

REPLY:

The tender process for the appointment of contractor for the alteration and renovation construction project at 37 Greenfort Gardens, Clondalkin has now been completed and is awaiting budget approval from the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government. Subject to funding approval, the Council anticipate that the project will commence in Q3 2020 for completion in Q1 2021.
