To ask the Chief Executive how many offers of houses have been made Month on Month for the past 6 months by bedroom size and how many offers have been refused.
REPLY:
There were 552 offers of accommodation made to applicants from the Council's housing list since November of 2019, 104 of which were refused, representing 19% of all offers made. The offers and refusals broken down by month and property size are shown in the following table:

Applicants refusing two reasonable offers of accommodation may have consideration of their housing application deferred for a period of one year.
