To request that Chief Executive bring forward a report to this  Area Committee for discussion on the possibility of swapping some council owned land in Lucan with some of Kelland Homes land between Ronanstown Garda station and the Train station in the SDZ?

REPORT:

The use of the lands within an SDZ are set out and once the scheme is formally adopted, future development within the SDZ is in accordance with the adopted scheme. Additionally, the Council would have no rights to transfer privately owned lands.
