MOTION: Councillor L. O'Toole

This committee calls on the Chief Executive to provide an update to members regarding progress for the Liffey Valley Committee, to advise if Fingal CoCo have selected their members for the monitoring committee and what the next steps are.

REPORT:

Contact was made with Fingal County Council before the suspended ACM in March and again in April. The Planning Department in South Dublin has been advised that Fingal have not, to date, selected their members for the monitoring committee. Members from both Councils will have to be selected before further progress can be made.
