That this committee agrees to organise a site visit with the residents in Moorfield estate to discuss  some landscaping ideas on the green space between Moorfield Green and the Credit Union on the Neilstown Road to address the poor condition and illegal dumping at this location.

REPORT:

A site meeting has been arranged with the residents living adjacent to the area in question.
