MOTION NO. 14

MOTION: Councillor L. Kinsella-Colman

That this committee agrees that the tree outside address supplied to be removed due to it seriously affecting the living conditions of a young child who is visually impaired.

REPORT:

The tree at the address supplied has been inspected on a number of occasions. The area is listed on the 2020-22 Tree maintennace programme for pruning. It was noted that the trees on the road have sucker growth at the base of  the trees. This growth will be removed as matter of urgency in order to prevent any impact on local residents.
