FILLING OF VACANCIES ON VARIOUS COMMITTEES / STATUTORY BODIES (DEPUTY E. HIGGINS)

REPLY:

A number of vacancies exist on the following committees/statutory bodies previously held by Deputy E. Higgins who has recently been elected to Dáil Éireann and subsequently disqualified from membership of these committees.

• Audit Committee
• Plenary body of AILG
• Joint Policing Committee

It is a matter for the Council to appoint a replacement(s) to the above position and this is now before the Members for consideration and recommendation.
