QUESTION: Councillor P. Gogarty

To ask the Chief Executive for an update as to whether it can now take decisive action in relation to the unauthorised habitation of the former school site adjacent to Foxborough, the timescale for same; and if a statement can be made on the matter.

REPLY:

This matter remains before the High Court and is sheduled for hearing on the 24th February 2020,the Council cannot comment any further at this time.
