MOTION: Councillor Alan Edge

That in respect of the area covered by this Committee, the Chief Executive provide an updated tree maintenance schedule with estimates of when the delayed works will actually be carried out. 

REPORT:

 A report on the tree maintenance work carried out in the 2017-19 programme and the proposed 2020-22 prgramme will be presented to the meeting. This will include areas which were not completed as part of the previous programme which will be prioritised.
