QUESTION: Councillor Peter Kavanagh

"To ask the Chief Executive what steps have been taken for procuring construction services for the building of the houses proposed under the masterplan for Rathcoole for the area known locally as Four Districts Woodlands and if he will report on same?"

REPLY:

No steps have been taken for procuring construction services for the building of houses as traffic and ecology assessments are awaited on this site.  Following completion of the assessments, a report on the site will be brought to the monthly Council Meeting.
