MOTION: Councillor Yvonne Collins

That the Chief Executive arrange the urgent inspection and repair of the footpath and public lighting on Whitechurch Road, Rathfarnham, in particular from Willbrook Lawn to the funeral home, as the area is so uneven and poorly lit, as to constitute a dangerous hazard to members of the public, and has already been the cause of an accident. 

REPORT:

The footpath repairs are included in the 2020 Footpath Programme.

 It is also proposed to upgrade the public lighting along Whitechurch Road to LED during Spring 2020.
