"That this Committee gets a full commitment that traffic management surveys of Rathcoole and Ecological Reports on Council-owned lands in Rathcoole are undertaken and used to shape any potential plans for development of the over-all area."

REPORT:

Traffic Impact Assessment and Ecological Screening will form part of the South Dublin County Council report when preparing Development Reports for Rathcoole lands.
