MOTION NO. 8

MOTION: Councillor M. Johansson

That the Chief Executive carry out essential maintenance to fix leaks which have been reported in both Ronanstown Youth Service and Balgaddy Child and Family Resource Centre.

REPORT:

The Council will inspect the properties at the locations identified  to determine the required maintenance repairs to address the leaks and will discuss with the occupiers as to what works are required and who will be responsible for carrying out the works and the timeframe involved.
