To ask the Chief Executive for a clear timeline on the Council's plans to secure the old Scoil Oscar site on Griffeen avenue, Balgaddy.

REPLY:

South Dublin County Council attended court on Monday 18th November 2019 and a court order was obtained directing the trespassers to vacate the Old School Site, Balgaddy on or before the 15th January 2020.
