Programme of works 2020 / future SPC items and meeting dates

REPORT:

Traditionally the LUPT SPC has been held on the last Thursday of each relevant month ie February, May, September and November.

With the members’ agreement it is proposed to revert to this scheduling, and to recommend to the OP&F the following dates for 2020 SPC meetings: 

• Thursday 27thFebruary 2020
• Thursday 28th May 2020
• Thursday24th September 2020
• Thursday 26th November 2020

 Items for consideration at these meetings will include but will not be limited to the following:

•  Review of Parking Bye Laws
• Review of Development Contribution Scheme
• Biodiversity Action Plan
• Heritage Plan
• County Development Plan issues papers
• County Signage strategy
• County Mobility plan
• Naas Road planning framework
• Taxi Rank Bye Laws
