MOTION NO. 17

MOTION: Councillor B. Lawlor

That the Chief Executive presents a report on the proposed ramps in the RTFB area.

REPORT:

A large number of requests for Ramps have been received for the RTFB area for 2020. The executive will carry out a technical appraisal of each area requested in order to access suitability and to place in an order of merit a suitable list for public consultation.

The members for the RTFB area will get an opportunity to decide where the allocated budget is to be spent following public consultation.  There are no pre-approved locations for 2020 and as such the full area committee will agree the selected installation locations.

It is envisaged that the budget for 2020 will be equally apportioned across all areas.
