REPLY

a) Traffic count is now complete and a low level of foot and vehicular traffic has been recorded

b) An onsite meeting has been arranged with the Director of Support Services  for Stewart's Hospital who has been unavailable to meet since the last ACM  for Thursday 24th October 2019. A report on the outcome of this meeting will be forthcoming under a headed item at the November ACM.
