Implementation of Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme

REPLY:

South Dublin County Council is progressing with the implementation of the Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme 2019. The Planning Scheme has a number of prior to commencement requirements in relation to engineering layouts for water services, surface water plans, energy, parks and biodiversity. South Dublin County Council is advancing analysis of these infrastructure requirements for the SDZ and developing estimated costings to make informed decisions on delivering the Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme. Details of this analysis and updates on implementation will be presented to the Elected Members in the coming months.
