MOTION NO. 2

MOTION: Councillor E. Murphy

That the Chief Executive agrees to the addition of the remainder of Whitechurch estate be added to the current tree maintenance Programme. 

 

REPORT:

The Council is currently working on the 2017-19 tree maintenance programme. An update on this programme will be presented to the Area Committees before the end of the year. It is likely that there will be outstanding works which will be carried forward into the next tree maintenance programme. However,the remainder of Whitechurch estate will be listed for consideration at that stage on the next tree maintenance programme.
