MOTION NO. 21

MOTION: Councillor P. Gogarty

That the Chief Executive undertakes to sort out the wall breach  between Mount Andrew estate and St Edmunds estate, using whatever means possible, given that this poses a safety issue for young children in particular.

REPORT:

The wall divides Mount Andrew Ave. from St Edmunds Grove and is bounded on both sides by Open space. Public Realm have been informed of the breaches in two locations.

It is obvious that there is a pedestrian desire line in this area and it may be prudent to include one proper opening.
