QUESTION: Councillor M. Ward
To ask the Chief Executive how many homes are on the window and doors replacement programme in the North Clondalkin, Palmerstown, Fonthill LEA and how long they will be waiting for replacements in lieu of the extra funding secured in this years budget?
REPLY:
Following a review of the residential stock aged 10 years or greater, the following works have been determined :
- Complete Refurbishment involving replacement of all windows/doors at the property;
- Replacement of Front and/or Back Windows as necessary;
- Replacement of Front and/or Back Door as necessary, and,
- Painting/Wood Staining of Existing Window Frames/Doors
