QUESTION: Councillor Alan Hayes

To ask the Chief Executive when will the replacement or repair of damaged pedestrian safety railings take place along the R148 from the Kennelsfort road junction to the Oval at Palmerstown.

Location 1: At the westbound bus stop on the R148 adjacent to the footbridge.

Location 2: At the centre median of the R148 at the Oval.

Location 3: At the south west corner of the Kennelsfort road / R148 junction.

REPLY:

The Area Engineer is in the process of issuing a tender for these works. It is hoped to commence work in October 2019.
