MOTION NO. 23

MOTION: Councillor E. O'Brien

That this Area Committee calls on The Chief Executive noting the imminent commencement of a second round of public consultations in relation to the Bus Connects project, to contact the NTA to ensure that such public consultations are carried out in an open and fair manner and do not exclude residents in areas impacted by the proposals and to invite representatives of the NTA and the project managers to address members of this County Council in a similar manner to the first consultation.

 If the motion is passed, a letter will issue to the NTA in this regard.
