QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

To ask the Chief Executive to outline what actions are being taken by his Community Department to encourage the development of Residents Associations in the area within the remit of this Area Committee and in reporting will he also detail what initiatives and resources are available to such Associations and will he make a statement.

REPLY:

The Local Community Development Team is available to provide advice and assistance to any local residents in the County who wish to explore setting up local Residents Associations for their local areas.
