"To ask the Chief Executive to provide a report on phase 2 of the energy retrofitting programme and what Estates are included on the programme in the Clondalkin and Palmerstown/Fonthill LEAs?"

REPLY

It is a requirement that Phase 1 of this programme is completed prior to progressing to Phase 2.

The Estates within the Clondalkin and Palmerstown/Fonthill LEA's currently identified for works under Phase 1 of the 2019 Energy Retroffiting Programme are Dunawley and Neilstown Estates.

During 2018 the Estates of Shancastle and Old Tower had Energy Retroffit works carried out.
