TRAFFIC RAMP PROGRAMME – 2019/20
South Dublin County Council, under Section 38 of the 1994 Road Traffic Act, proposed several locations for the installation of traffic ramps. The proposed locations were advertised in National & Local papers, displayed in the Council office in Tallaght and Clondalkin and in all the libraries in the county and promoted on Facebook and Twitter. The period for public consultation was 1 month from 13th December 2018 to 14th January 2019. In addition, the proposed locations were marked with paint on the road to alert local residents to the exact location of the proposed ramps.
Number of submissions made in the Clondalkin Area – 29
The following locations will NOT be proceeding with installation of ramps due to objections from residents.
