"To ask the Chief Executive how residents can avail of salt bins from the Council and what is the criteria for getting one?"

REPLY:

Gritting bins can be supplied in areas where there is a steep slope on the approaches to the main road. If there are a large number of bins it will be difficult and costly to keep replenishing them.
