MOTION: Councillor S. Holland

"That this Area Committee requests the Chief Executive to paint the apartment block at Pearse Brothers Park, which was left unpainted following construction (budget considerations notwithstanding)."

REPORT:

The Council will arrange for an inspection of the apartment block to determine the requirements for painting, as part of the cyclical maintenance programme.
