MOTION: Councillor L. Dunne

"That this Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to install 30km speed signs on the Old Naas Road as currently it is still a 50km speed zone."

REPORT:

"A countywide speed limit review was undertaken in 2016/2017 resulting in new speed limit bye-laws (RSL No. 1 of 2017) being introduced with effect from 8th May 2017.  During this process there was no request for a 30km/h speed limit on the Old Naas Road.

The request can be considered when the next speed limit review is undertaken."
