MOTION: Councillor M. Johansson

"That this committee agree that the tree outside number (Address available) is inspected immediately, it requires urgent action as the roots are cracking the pavement and the walls of residents."  

REPORT:

The tree at the address provided has been recently inspected.  The tree is in a healthy condition and has been recommended for pruning to reduce the size of the crown.  This pruning work will be carried out within the next 4 weeks.  The footpaths at this location have been referred to the Council's Roads Maintenance for inspection.
