QUESTION: Councillor L. Dunne

"To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the request for a bin to be installed outside St Aidan's Community School and other schools in the local area that are in need of them?"

REPLY:

"A litter bin will be placed along the road at St Aidan's Community School, it is hoped that the bin installlation can be carried out before the end of the current year.  The situation will be monitored to ensure that litter is not generated as a result of locating the bin at this area and that the bin is not misused for disposal of household waste etc."
