Part 8 - Proposal for Extension/Alterations to 1, 9 and 10 Belgard Park

Description

It is proposed to go to Part 8 in respect of extensions to Bays 1, 9 and 10 Belgard Park on medical grounds.   

To provide the following :

Bay 1: Two ground floor bedrooms,  storage area and extension to living area.

Bay 9: Three ground floor bedrooms, storage area and extension to living area.  

Bay 10: Two ground floor bedrooms, storage area and extension to living area.

Cost

The value of the works proposed requires Part 8 approval from the Council. The estimated cost of the proposed works is €290,087.00 excl VAT.
