MOTION: Councillor C. McCann

"That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to reconsider the disposal of a small piece of land in Birchwood Close to facilitate a resident to build her own home."

REPORT:

"The Council has given full consideration to the disposal of this piece of land in Birchwood Close.  The land was not considered suitable for disposal as it forms part of the wider public lands at this location.   Disposal of this land would cause issues for Public Realm in relation to future maintenance of adjoining open space lands and passive survellience of public open space."
