"To ask the Chief Executive when the proposed Part 8 for Ballycullen Pitches is expected to go before this Area Committee?"

REPLY:

As was highlighted at the recent Special Meeting of the Council on Housing issues, a portion of the lands adjoining the pitch at Ballycullen has been identified as having potential for a small housing development.  The proposal for this location is at a preliminary stage and is subject to more detailed assessment and drafting of final plans.  Local Elected Members will be informed in advance of a consultation process commencing for the proposal.
