"To ask the Chief Executive why works have not begun on the planting of hedging along the Belgard Road to curb noise pollution in the Parkhill area?"

REPLY:

"Hedge planting has taken place from the corner of Mayberry Road along the Belgard Road and Parkhill area up to the pylon, where planting could not continue as there is a path along the railing to the bus stop."
