QUESTION: Councillor E. Murphy

"Can the Council please provide a detailed update to the Area Committee on the progress of the upgrade works on Scholarstown Road? Furthermore can a timeline of for completion of the works please be provided?"

REPLY:

The Scholarstown Works are progressing well. The one-way system is due to be removed on 15th September and two way traffic will be reintroduced. Works are being finalised on the western footpath, on the southern end, and on the roundabout. Barring unforeseen circumstnces, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by the Contract Completion date in November 2018.
