"To ask the Chief Executive whether Whitechurch estate can be added to the list for streetlight upgrades, if suitable?"

REPLY:

Parts of this estate were built in the late 1960s and cannot be upgraded to LED at the moment due to a technical issue which is being

pursued nationally.

The remainder was built in the 2000's and the PL in this section will be upgraded to LED in 2019. It will be included in our programme for

Q1/Q2.
