An Application for Strategic Housing Development was received by the An Bord Pleanála on the 22/08/18.

Site; Cooldown Commons, Fortunestown, Citywest, Dublin 24

Applicant; Cairn Homes Properties Limited

The Development will consist of 459 Dwelling Units arranged in 7, 4 to 6 storey apartment blocks.

This application will be uploaded to APAS when the ABP Ref is received and a final date for reports will be issued.

This is stage three of the SHD process, Application to the An Bord Pleanála.
