QUESTION: Councillor D. O'Donovan

"To ask the Chief Executive where would the preferred entrance/exit to the proposed Part 8 Social Housing Scheme on Ballycullen Pitches, as proposed at the February Area Committee Meeting?"

REPLY:

"No plans have as yet been designed for the proposed Part 8 for social housing at Knocklyon. This scheme is currently with the Office of Government Procurement to appoint a design team and it will be quarter 4 2018 before proposed designs will be prepared. It is however proposed to have the access off St Colmcilles Way. This will not be finalised until the design is drafted and a site feasibility completed."
