Application for Arts Grants

REPLY:

Sounds Ensemble, Tallaght has requested event support towards the cost of hosting a joint concert with the Ottawa New Horizons Band which is a group of fifty older musicians.  Sounds Ensemble are the only Irish member of the New Horizons International Music Association.  The concert, scheduled for the 28^th of June at the Civic Theatre, will form part of the Canadian group’s Irish tour. 

The Arts Office recommends a contribution of €750 be allocated to Sounds Ensemble under the Arts Grant Act 2003 to support the presentation of a joint concert with the Ottawa New Horizons Band in Tallaght.
