MOTION: Councillor P. Gogarty

"That this Area Committee requests the Chief Executive provide a timeframe for the implementation of previous commitments given to drain the playing pitch area at Hermitage Park Extension (between Ballyowen Lane and Mount Andrew)."

REPORT:

The outfall for the pitch drainage works on Mount Andrew open space is located on Ballyowen Lane. A surface water drainage scheme is propose to commence in May 2018 to facilitate this outfall. The drainage works on the pitch are planned for Q3 once the outfall is in place.
