MOTION: Councillor D. O'Brien

"To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the trees at the top of Chapel Hill in Lucan. Two trees have already came down on to the road in recent times. If any more trees in the area need to be removed can this be done before someone is injured by a falling tree."

REPORT:

A reference check will be carried out to ascertain the ownership of the lands in question. Following from that we will liaise with the owner of the lands in relation to the maintenance of the trees including any removals if necessary.
