Part V Agreements have been made with developers in respect of 3 housing schemes in the Tallaght electoral area. A total of 46 units are targeted to be delivered through Part V for social housing until by end of 2018. Further agreements are currently being negotiated and it is expected that additional units will be delivered through Part V in these areas.
