Housing Procurement Report
Part V Agreements have been made with private developers in respect of 2 housing schemes in the Lucan electoral area which are scheduled to deliver in 2018. A total of 12 units will be delivered in these schemes through Part V for social housing until the end of 2018. Further agreements are currently being negotiated and it is expected that additional units will be delivered through Part V in these areas.
