MOTION: Councillor F. Timmons

"We ask that the Taoiseach leads the way to ensure that the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform enacts Criminal Law (Hate Crime) Legislation  so that we can all live in an inclusive Republic which values all of our minorities and the integrity of our communities. We commit to writing to the Taoiseach and the Minister for Justice."

If the Motion is passed, a letter will be issued to the offices of the Taoiseach and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, and when a reply is received the Members will be notified accordingly.
