Cathaoirleach's Business

"That this County Council, noting ongoing issues relating to anti social behaviour and littering amongst other things give due consideration to a broad public consultation in relation to the present and future uses of laneways in the Palmerstown area and identify those where this County Council is in a position to take action to address these issues."

REPORT:

The Council is cognisant of issues that are currently being experienced in laneways and would welcome input and discussion towards development of proposals and actions to mitigate against such behaviour. 

On a point of note: any proposals to change the present / future uses of laneways in terms of public right of way would require a public consultation process.
