MOTION: Councillor G. O'Connell

"That the Chief Executive bring forward a report on the issues raised by the residents of Palmerstown Drive in relation to the Railings erected by the neighbouring (Maxol) Petrol Station given the decision to refuse permission for retention by SDCC, to state what the Council has done to address the situation since and that he report on the matter."

REPORT:

Planning Enforcement has been initiated.

As the filling station is now in new ownership, the Planning Authority is in the process of including the new owners in the enforcement investigation.
