MOTION: Councillor L. Dunne

"That this Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to give a timeframe for when the old Rossfield shops will be refurbished and brought into the housing stock, which in turn, will see much needed housing being provided to families on our waiting list."

REPORT:

"The conversion of the old shop to residential accommodation is included in the next phase of housing construction in the Tallaght area and on which a report is being made to this committee today."
